Dr Sullivan has engaged with health and social care topics primarily through Commons debate speeches, covering learning disability and autism, maternity and neonatal care, cancer, diabetes, mental health, rare diseases, and NHS waiting lists. Her contributions include raising concerns about cancer diagnosis delays, vaccine provision following meningitis outbreaks, and SEND provision in Kent, drawing on her background as a former teacher and former opposition leader at Kent County Council.
