Biography
Preet Kaur Gill has engaged extensively on health and social care through 40 debate speeches, with particular focus on maternity and neonatal services, mental health, and suicide prevention. She has championed reforms following the Ockenden review, including plans for a statutory maternity and neonatal commissioner and £186 million investment in maternity estates, whilst also advocating for improved mental health support through community-based health centres and cross-Government strategy development. Her contributions have consistently emphasised patient and family experiences, including bereavement support, vulnerable groups such as dementia patients, and women's health.
