Who Dave Winsborough is

Dave Winsborough is an English-born New Zealand organisational psychologist, author, and entrepreneur. He initially trained as a clinical psychologist before moving into occupational and organisational psychology, with a focus on personality assessment, team dynamics, and leadership. He founded and chaired Winsborough Limited, described as New Zealand's largest organisational psychology consulting firm, later serving as VP of Innovation at Hogan Assessments, and subsequently co-founding Deeper Signals, a psychometric assessment platform. He is currently a co-founder of Button Psychology, a consultancy applying psychology to workplace productivity and wellbeing. He is the author of the book Fusion: The Psychology of Teams and numerous research papers on personality, teams, and leadership.
