Professor Michelle Miller is Dean (Partnerships and Practice) in the College of Health and Enablement at Flinders University, Adelaide, South Australia. She is an academic with prior experience across many facets of dietetic practice, whose key practice and research focus has been the nutritional rehabilitation of vulnerable groups. She leads the Flinders Aged Care Food and Nutrition team, which has worked for over a decade on malnutrition and food service quality in residential aged care.
