Biography

Dr Zac Seidler is a Clinical Psychologist and Global Director of Men's Health Research at Movember, and a Principal Research Fellow with Orygen at the University of Melbourne, where he leads the Young Men's Mental Health Lab. Movember is a global men's health charity focused on mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer, with a UK registered entity (Movember Europe) based in Clerkenwell, London. Seidler has published more than 150 peer-reviewed articles and two edited books, and has garnered over $18M in research funding. He developed Men in Mind, described as the world's first evidence-based online training programme for mental health clinicians working with men, now used by practitioners in more than 10 countries. He provides expert advice to national and international governments on men's mental health and healthy masculinities, and appears regularly in UK media including the BBC, Sky News, The Guardian, and The Times.
