Joseph Carter is Head of Scotland at Asthma + Lung UK (formally the Asthma UK and British Lung Foundation partnership), the UK's leading lung health charity. In this role he leads external affairs and communications for the organisation across Scotland, and also covers Northern Ireland and Wales as Head of Devolved Nations. He has worked in public affairs in the health sector for 15 years, engaging with governments, parliamentarians and health bodies to prioritise lung health and tackle air pollution.
