Who Rosie Beacon is

Rosie Beacon is Head of Health at Re:State (formerly Reform), a public services think tank based in Westminster, London. She leads the organisation's health research programme, titled 'Re:Imagining Health', which examines how care is created, resourced and delivered in England.
