Moran has engaged extensively with health and social care matters through 40 debate speeches, with particular emphasis on palliative and end-of-life care, NHS workforce challenges, and maternity services. She has repeatedly pressed the Government on implementation of commitments, including questioning the lack of a workforce plan for palliative care and advocating for accountability measures in maternity services; she also raised concerns about transparency in the UK-US pharmaceutical deal and the independence of health service oversight bodies.
