Kulvant Sandhu is Senior Programme Manager for Unpaid Carers, Personalisation and PEoLC (Personalised End of Life Care) at NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board, where she leads system-wide programmes supporting the estimated 250,000 unpaid carers across the West Yorkshire region.
