Jersey House Price Index, 2002 = 100

Statistics Jersey's House Price Index, 1985 to 2025, weighted across all residential property sales recorded in the Royal Court. It peaked at 247.5 in 2022 and has fallen in each of the 3 years since.

Read this with the chart: One figure per year, all residential property types combined and island-wide - not split by property type or parish. The index is weighted across every sale recorded in the Royal Court, so a small number of very high- or low-value transactions can move it more in a thin year than in a busy one.
