Deputy Porée demonstrably worked with Reform Jersey colleagues and other States Members throughout the 2022-2026 term: she chaired the cross-member Work Permit Holder Welfare Review Panel (reporting October 2023), served on multiple scrutiny panels, sat on the Human Rights Group, and served as a States Trustee of the Jersey Community Relations Trust — all vehicles for collaborative, equality-focused work. However, the underlying goal of achieving a 'more equal and inclusive society' was only partially advanced: her landmark proposition on work-permit portability received strong Assembly support only at the very final sitting of the term (February 2026), leaving implementation incomplete, and broader systemic issues she herself acknowledged remained unresolved at term's end.

During the 2022-2026 Assembly term, Deputy Porée chaired the Work Permit Holder Welfare Review Panel, examined protections and conditions for migrant workers, and brought a proposition to the Assembly in March 2026. One part — a review into the feasibility of issuing work permits in the employee's name rather than the employer's — passed unanimously (44-0), representing a meaningful step toward better working conditions for lower-income and vulnerable workers. However, a second element calling for Jersey to adopt the internationally recognised 'Employer Pays Principle' was lost on a tied 22-22 vote at the final sitting of the term, leaving a significant component of her campaign for improved working conditions undelivered.

On the minimum wage strand, Jersey's Government committed to raising the minimum wage toward a living wage as part of its Common Strategic Policy, with the rate rising to £13/hr from April 2025 and £13.59/hr from April 2026 (two-thirds of median wage), though Caritas Jersey's living wage rate remained above the statutory minimum throughout the term. Deputy Porée served in opposition/scrutiny roles (Economic and International Affairs Scrutiny Panel; Work Permit Holder Welfare Review Panel chair) and, as a Reform Jersey member, supported the party's broader campaign; however, no independently verified evidence of a specific proposition or public campaign action by Porée personally on minimum wage or zero-hours contracts was found. On zero-hours contracts, exclusivity clauses were made unenforceable from May 2022 (before Porée took her seat), the Employment Forum completed a review in 2023, and modest protections were recommended, but no legislation specifically targeting abuse by large companies was enacted during the 2022–2026 term.

Significant progress on fairer rental regulation was made during the 2022–2026 Assembly term, with the Rented Dwelling Licensing Scheme coming into force in May 2024 and the landmark Residential Tenancy (Jersey) Amendment Law 2025 — introducing rent stabilisation capped at RPI, a new independent Rent Tribunal, stronger no-fault eviction protections, and mandatory landlord obligations — enacted by Housing Minister Sam Mézec and in force from 15 April 2026. Reform Jersey's own voting tracker shows Deputy Porée supported all 20 Assembly votes categorised under 'Addressing Housing Crisis', and her 2026 re-election profile credits constituency casework on housing issues; however, her primary scrutiny roles were on Children/Education/Home Affairs and Economic/International Affairs panels, not the Environment, Housing and Infrastructure Scrutiny Panel that directly shaped the tenancy law reform, and no independent evidence links specific provisions to her personal initiative. The promise has therefore been substantially delivered at the systemic level through her party's ministerial and legislative effort, with Porée playing a supportive rather than leading individual role.
