Dave Curtis

Dave Curtis was elected to the States Assembly in June 2026 as Connétable of St Saviour. He serves as a member of both the Environment, Housing and Infrastructure Scrutiny Panel and the Children, Education and Home Affairs Scrutiny Panel, as well as sitting on the Comité des Connétables, all since 2026.

Curtis stood on a platform of practical, parish-focused action and Island-wide resilience. His principal pledges included pursuing road safety improvements along school routes and busy junctions in St Saviour, and advocating for stronger youth provision and mental health services for local families. He committed to ensuring cost-of-living support reaches the most vulnerable residents, including the elderly and single parents, and to pressing for consistent, reliable ferry and travel connections. He also pledged to support local farming and fishing as part of a broader push to reduce Jersey's reliance on imports, and to make the Parish Hall more accessible and responsive to St Saviour residents.

Curtis brings more than twenty years of service in the Honorary Police, including roles as Chef de Police and Centenier, and has also run his own business.
