Candidate will work to restore Jersey's position in the top 20 of the OECD Better Life Index and create community garden schemes.
No recorded vote yet“Restore our position in the top 20 of the OECD Better Life Index. Create new schemes to strengthen our historic parish system, such as Community Gardens to provide seasonal produce at local food hubs.” — Kristina Louise Moore, 2022-2026 election manifesto
- P.17/2023 — La Collette Waste Management Site – Development Plan. As amendedexcused (low)
Both components of the promise went undelivered during the 2022–2026 term. Jersey's OECD Better Life Index ranking moved in the opposite direction: it stood at 26th out of 41 nations in the 2023 report (down two places from 2021) and fell further to 28th in the 2025 report, with Bailiwick Express reporting in December 2024 that Jersey was 'continuing to fall short of this target.' No independent evidence was found of any government scheme or initiative to create community gardens linked to parish food hubs having been launched or funded during the 2022–2026 Assembly term. Moore served as Chief Minister only from July 2022 to January 2024, when she was removed by a vote of no confidence, and held only backbench scrutiny roles thereafter, limiting her executive capacity to act on either commitment.
Candidate will establish a People & Skills Commission to guide population and workforce decisions based on data.

Candidate will open a constituency office to be accessible to residents of St Mary, St Ouen and St Peter.
No recorded vote yet“Working with the other Deputies we will open a constituency office where we can work and meet people within the community.” — Kristina Louise Moore, 2022-2026 election manifesto
Moore's 2022 manifesto promise directly prompted the Privileges and Procedures Committee to establish a Constituency Offices Sub-Committee in February 2023, which cited "the Chief Minister's stated aim of opening constituency offices" as a motivating factor (statesassembly.je, October 2023). The sub-committee approved a plan on 27 June 2023 recommending a pilot of dedicated constituency support — including St Mary, St Ouen and St Peter as one of three trial constituencies — funded by a £344,000 growth bid for 2024–2027. However, the model that emerged was constituency support staff and surgery funding rather than a standalone physical office, the pilot was not due to begin until April 2024 (after Moore had been ousted as Chief Minister in January 2024), and no independent source confirms a dedicated constituency office for the three-parish district was ever opened during the 2022–2026 term. Moore did not stand for re-election in 2026, ending her tenure without the promise being fully delivered.
Candidate will push to deliver agreed affordable housing sites without delay and identify additional sites including empty public buildings.
