During the 2022–2026 Assembly term, Deputy Doublet actively championed the four-day working week promise at scrutiny level: in a September 2024 scrutiny hearing, she directly questioned Health Minister Tom Binet on whether he would trial a four-day week for public sector staff, and called for government to 'aim to trial the four-day week as soon as possible,' with Binet agreeing in principle. However, no formal proposition, ministerial order, government pilot, or policy review was lodged or initiated by the Government of Jersey during the term, meaning the promise progressed no further than scrutiny-level advocacy. Doublet was re-elected to the 2026–2030 Assembly in June 2026, leaving open the prospect of further action.

Deputy Doublet's manifesto commitment was a broadly worded aspiration to support careful population management balancing skills-based migration with housing provision for existing residents. Throughout the 2022-2026 Assembly she served as chair of the Health and Social Security Scrutiny Panel — a role whose published work (quarterly hearings, reviews, and budget scrutiny) focussed on health and social security matters rather than population or housing policy. No proposition, amendment, or scrutiny report lodged by Doublet specifically addressing population management or housing for existing residents was identified in States Assembly records or press coverage. The government-level Common Population Policy (adopted February 2022, updated annually to 2026) and the Control of Housing and Work (Residential and Employment Status) Regulations (debated April 2025) represent the relevant policy activity during this term, but these were driven by the Council of Ministers, not by Doublet in any identified personal capacity.

During the 2022–2026 term, Deputy Doublet pursued the St Saviour transport agenda primarily through Assembly questions: in February and June 2025 she raised oral and written questions (OQ.33/2025 and WQ.235/2025) pressing the Environment Minister on the delayed Five Oaks Masterplan, which was the principal mechanism for addressing rush-hour congestion and active travel in the parish. Concrete infrastructure improvements did occur in the parish — the Bagatelle Safer Routes to School scheme progressed (including a Fountain Lane traffic-restriction trial from April 2025 and new pedestrian crossings at St Saviour's Primary School planned for summer 2026), and a School Street scheme in Elizabeth Street was made permanent in January 2025 — but these were driven by the Government's Infrastructure Department and the parish Roads Committee rather than by Doublet personally. The Five Oaks Masterplan itself, which was the overarching planning vehicle for reducing congestion and improving pedestrian access in the parish, was not delivered by the end of the term despite having been due by 2025.
