A Facebook post by Deputy Andrews (url slug: 'this-week-i-held-a-constituency-surgery-with-constable-gardiner-at-the-town-hall') confirms at least one constituency surgery was held jointly with Constable Gardiner at the Town Hall during the 2022–2026 term, and Andrews stated in July 2026 that he had been 'actively trying to help people in my district'. However, no independent Jersey news source (JEP, Bailiwick Express, ITV Channel) documented a regular, scheduled programme of surgeries across the full four-year term, leaving the 'regular' component of the promise unverified beyond self-reporting.
