During the 2022–2026 term, Connétable Vibert took several concrete steps consistent with his 'community-first' pledge. In June 2023 the Parish of St Peter was accredited as a Living Wage employer, with Vibert explicitly citing this as an aim from his election (Jersey Evening Post, 7 June 2023; Bailiwick Express, 6 June 2023). He served as Assistant Minister for Children and Education from 2022, was appointed full Minister for Children and Families in February 2024, updated the island-wide Children and Young People's Plan and championed play provision in new St Peter housing developments (Channel 103, May 2024; Les Clefs parish magazine, Autumn 2023). His unopposed re-election as Connétable in June 2026 indicated continued parishioner confidence, and he was immediately re-appointed Minister for Children and Families in the new Assembly (ITV Channel, 29 June 2026).
