Dr Chad Han, PhD, is a Research Fellow within the Cancer Survivorship Program at the Caring Futures Institute, Flinders University, Adelaide, Australia. His research investigates models of health services — including nutrition, exercise, mHealth, and patient self-management — on outcomes in people with chronic conditions, with a focus on older cancer survivors. He completed his PhD on cross-continuum, multidisciplinary care in frailty. He is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian with both Dietitians Australia and the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association. He leads the Can-VOICE and I-Can-THRIVE research projects, examining survivorship care needs and telehealth-based exercise-nutrition interventions for frailty in older cancer survivors.
