MyGov: public money spent against benefits realised
The States of Guernsey's MyGov digital-transformation programme consumed just over £21m of public money against an £18m budget, for £1.3m of benefits realised, per the Chief Executive's April 2026 review.
Read this with the chart: The spend is the "just over £21m" the Chief Executive's 21 April 2026 review reported; a more precise £21.6m appears in some coverage but is not used here. The £1.3m benefit figure was calculated at the programme's end and, per the review, some of it was only tenuously linked to MyGov. The £200m Agilisys contract value is separate from the spend shown.
