How good was each manifesto?
Every deputy and party that stood in June 2025, scored 0–100 on deliverability, tangibility, realism, ambition and waffle. The ranking is the ranking: by what their own manifesto said and nothing else.
The radar plots a manifesto across all five channels, centre 0, rim 100. Choose a name to lay it over the Assembly mean and see where it is strong or thin.

Each manifesto was read in full by the Scorecard team’s model, which assigned a 0–100 on each dimension against a published rubric. Scores were reviewed and signed off by the Scorecard team before publication.
We did not grade personalities, voting records or likeability. The rating speaks only to what the manifesto itself said. A deputy who has governed well from a weak manifesto still rates poorly here, and vice versa.
Any deputy or party can request a review of their rating. See the charter for the process, and the methodology for the per-dimension rubric and bracket labels.
