Guernsey homes with planning permission

Homes in Guernsey with planning permission, full or outline, that are not yet complete, plus homes under construction, at the end of each year 2008-2025. The pipeline stood at 1,193 at the end of 2025, its highest since 2016.

Read this with the chart: Net dwellings, so a house replaced by five flats counts as four. Counts permissions and homes under construction, not completed homes. The reference line is the Planning Service’s monitoring test of two years’ need against the States’ 2024 housing indicator of 268 to 327 homes a year.
