Public-sector pay claims against the States' 5% offer, Guernsey
Headline pay claims put to the States of Guernsey against the 5% the 2025 round settled on: the RCN's 10% campaign and the NASUWT's 8.3% claim.
Read this with the chart: The claims are of different vintages: the RCN's 10% and the march of up to around 500 nurses were the 2019 campaign, after which the States imposed 5% plus 5%; the NASUWT's 8.3% was lodged in December 2024 for 2025, and its outcome was not found in published reporting. The 5% bar is the award civil servants, police and other staff settled on for 2025, not a simultaneous counter-offer to either claim.
