Guernsey States revenue and expenditure, constant 2025 prices

States of Guernsey General Revenue income, current expenditure and current plus capital expenditure, 2009 to 2025, restated in constant 2025 prices using Guernsey RPI.

Axis starts at £400m, not zero

Read this with the chart: Real values are Bridgehead's own calculation, deflating each year on Guernsey RPI (annual average, 2025 base). Capital is measured on three different bases across the period (routine capital to 2017, total capital 2018-2021, group property additions from 2022), so current plus capital is not like for like across those breaks. 2022 revenue is the restated figure; 2025 revenue includes a one-off 34.2m of prior-year income tax.
