It only entered Jersey's reporting in January 2024, monthly at first then bi-monthly from mid-2025 (unreported months show as longer gaps on the true-time x-axis); May 2024 gave no figure. Jan and Feb 2024 values are exact complements of the inverse figure the original report published ('more than 4 hours').
