BIOGRAPHY
Kirsty Crozier is Managing Director of Marton Care Homes and St Mary's Care Homes, two care home businesses in the north of England that share a leadership team. Marton Care Homes' report on its February 2026 awards evening names Richard Hoggart as Executive Chairman and Steven Davis as Chief Executive Officer alongside her. She does not hold the chief executive title.
She trained as a registered adult nurse and holds a BSc in Adult Nursing from Northumbria University. Her own account on the Marton website says she worked in the NHS as a ward nurse and then a community nurse before moving into commissioning. LinkedIn lists her as a nurse assessor for NHS Continuing Healthcare in County Durham from 2010 to 2014. She then moved into care home management, as a home manager at Four Seasons Health Care from 2014, then with Helen McArdle Care, HC-One and Care UK, where she was a registered manager until 2019.
In May 2019 her LinkedIn profile records her as chief executive of Willow Burn Hospice in Lanchester, County Durham. An eHospice profile of the hospice chairman, published in November 2019, calls her the hospice's director of operations. She returned to social care in June 2021 as Managing Director of Marton Care Homes, and she now also leads St Mary's Care Homes, which includes homes in and around Hull.
In February 2026 she presented the Marton Care Home Awards at Ramside Hall in Durham, with 13 awards across the group's homes. In July 2026 Caring UK quoted her on the refurbishment of the former St Mary's Nursing Home in Hull into St Mary's Chanterlands Lodge, which the group said would open in early winter and create about 55 jobs.
