The definition

What does a Guernsey PR and marketing agency do?

A Guernsey PR and marketing agency helps island-based organisations and their leaders build profile and credibility with the audiences that matter, whether that is customers, partners or investors on the island or further afield. The work typically blends public relations, media coverage, social media, SEO and multimedia production, tailored to the goals of the business rather than delivered as a generic package.

Given Guernsey's size, effective PR usually means working both the local media, the Guernsey Press, Bailiwick Express, Channel Eye, Channel Television and BBC Radio Guernsey, and relevant B2B or national titles that extend a business's reach beyond the island. It also means understanding the finance, legal and professional-services sectors that dominate the Guernsey economy well enough to place stories that land with regulators, investors and industry peers, not just a general audience.

It also means knowing the politics. We track the States of Deliberation ourselves and publish the results as the Guernsey Deputy Scorecard, a free public record of what every deputy promised at the 2025 election and how they have since voted.

Guernsey PR and marketing sits within our corporate PR practice, and connects to financial services PR and private-client PR for founders and business leaders who want to raise their own profile alongside their company's.

Proof of work

We built the Guernsey Deputy Scorecard.

See the scorecard

The Guernsey Deputy Scorecard sets every deputy's 2025 manifesto promises against their recorded votes in the States of Deliberation. We built it, we pay for it, and we publish it free. No deputy, party, committee or campaign funds it.

It is the clearest demonstration we can offer of what we actually do: read a legislature closely enough to know what happened, then stand behind that reading when the person it describes disputes it. Deputies have challenged rulings on it, and we have published the corrections, named and dated.

  • Every deputy's manifesto promises matched to their recorded votes, updated daily.
  • A published methodology, a full source list, and a corrections log anyone can read.
  • A reader challenge process on every profile, with the outcome published either way.
