Bridgehead was appointed to position ViewsHub's founder, Ab Banerjee, as a thought leader on organisational performance, while establishing ViewsHub as the leading platform for driving high-performing teams, communicated to a senior HR and C-suite audience.
A platform that transforms organisational performance through real-time team diagnostics, helping leaders improve cooperation, break down silos and optimise team effectiveness.

The approach
How we approached it
A thought leadership-led programme targeting HR and business publications in the UK and US, complemented by launching The Loop, an owned newsletter reaching CPOs and HR Directors directly.
Forbes and US expansion
Securing a feature interview in Forbes and US-based SHRM established ViewsHub's credibility with the global HR leadership audience and opened the North American market.
The Loop newsletter
We launched The Loop as a direct channel to CPOs and HR Directors, growing it to 10,000 subscribers with contributors including Sir Vince Cable, senior partners at PwC, EY, Deloitte and INSEAD, and the CEO of CIPD.
Trade and business media
Regular placements in The Independent, Sunday Express and Management Today kept Ab Banerjee visible across the broader business leadership audience.
