Building a consumer health brand?
We run PR for companies in this market: from category launches and funding announcements to regulatory communications and the press cycle that comes with selling directly to consumers, employers or insurers.
Workplace wellbeing engagement & data platform
Champion Health is a UK workplace wellbeing platform, now a Physitrack Plc subsidiary, that combines an employee wellbeing app with population-level engagement and risk data for employers.
The read
Champion Health started as a Sheffield-based "one-stop-shop" wellbeing app giving employees content and tools across physical, mental, social and financial health, while giving employers aggregate engagement and risk-trend data. Physitrack Plc, a digital health group, acquired the company in May 2022 to fold it into a broader occupational health and rehabilitation offering.
In February 2025 the Champion Health brand secured a £1.1m deal to extend workplace wellbeing coverage across the UK, indicating the product line is still being actively sold under Physitrack ownership.
The Bridgehead view
Champion Health is really a case study in wellbeing-tech consolidation: a standalone consumer-facing benefit got absorbed into a clinical/occupational-health parent, which is the more likely endgame for mid-scale wellbeing apps that can't reach Wellhub-scale network effects on their own.
