Wellhub

Corporate fitness, wellbeing & benefits marketplace

Corporate wellness & workplace health

Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is a corporate wellbeing platform that gives employees a single subscription covering fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition and sleep partners worldwide.

The read

Wellhub operates a marketplace model: employers pay a per-employee subscription and staff get tiered access to a network of roughly 100,000 gyms, studios and digital wellness providers, spanning fitness, therapy, nutrition and sleep. The company rebranded from Gympass to Wellhub in 2024 to signal a shift from a fitness-only benefit to a broader wellbeing platform, and has since layered in an AI coaching feature for its 2026 Wellness Season push.

It remains privately held at a $2.4bn valuation, with IPO ambitions previously floated in press coverage.

The Bridgehead view

Wellhub's scale advantage is the aggregation moat of tens of thousands of employer contracts and near-100k supply partners, but that same breadth makes it vulnerable to point-solution insurtechs that can out-execute on any single vertical, such as mental health or sleep, it treats as a feature rather than a specialism.
