Graphnet Health builds the Care Information Exchange and CareCentric platforms, shared care records used across NHS Integrated Care Systems including Greater Manchester, Frimley, Surrey Heartlands, Kent, and Cheshire and Merseyside. It also acquired remote-monitoring vendor Docobo in November 2021, since fully absorbed into its own product line.
It retains its own legal entity and product branding but operates commercially under the joint "System C & Graphnet Care Alliance" identity, sharing a controlling investor, CVC Capital Partners, with System C Healthcare.
The Bridgehead view
Graphnet's co-branded existence alongside System C under the same private-equity owner is the interoperability sector's version of the consolidation story playing out across UK medtech: shared ownership without a full merger, which raises its own questions about how independently either brand can really be assessed.
