My mhealth builds evidence-based digital therapeutic apps, most prominently myCOPD and myAsthma, that let patients with long-term respiratory conditions manage inhaler technique, pulmonary rehabilitation and symptom tracking remotely, with data visible to their NHS care team. myCOPD has been through NICE's Early Value Assessment process, an evidence bar well above simple app-store availability.
In 2026 it extended into biologic therapy management with myAsthma Biologic, launched with the Accelerated Access Collaborative, an Academic Health Science Network and University Hospitals Southampton, aimed at 10,000 patients on severe asthma biologics nationally.
