He shares the chief executive role with his brother Alykhan (Aly) Kachra, and their father Abdul Kachra is chairman. Country Court was founded in 1983 with a single home, Beech Lodge at Holbeach in Lincolnshire. Caring Times reported 47 homes in October 2024. His LinkedIn profile lists a trainee accountant post at Moore Stephens, a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and a postgraduate diploma in entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge. He joined Country Court as Head of Finance in 2008, became Chief Financial Officer in 2010 and held that post until January 2020, when he and his brother became Co-CEOs. Companies House shows him as a director of Country Court Care Homes Limited since January 2009 and of Country Court Care Group Limited since October 2015.
The Kibo Holdings biography says he identifies, appraises and leads the group's acquisitions and the funding strategy behind them. In August 2023 he spoke about an £8.3 million loan from Cynergy Bank to build a 63-bed home in Halesowen, which Care Home Professional described as the group's 37th development. In October 2024, as chief executive, he said the sale of three homes for around £50 million would raise capital to open more homes. Hermitage House was sold on a 35-year leaseback, and the buyers of the Chippenham and Lincoln developments kept Country Court on as operator. In January 2026 he attended the opening of Castle Lodge in Mere, Wiltshire.
Outside the care group he is Co-CEO of Blank Table, which his LinkedIn posts show opening Wendy's restaurants in England.
