Brodie Nichol is Managing Director of Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group, an Edinburgh-based company that owns and runs seven nursing homes across central and east Scotland. The group cares for nearly 400 residents and employs more than 700 people. His appointment was announced on 29 June 2026, and he succeeds Peter McCormick, who had been managing director for 20 years and stays on as an adviser to the board and a director during a transition period. Nichol studied Business Management at the University of Leeds from 2021 to 2024, after school at Fettes College in Edinburgh. He joined Randolph Hill in 2024 and became a director. Randolph Hill was founded in 1985 by his father, Elliot Nichol.
