Robert Adams is Managing Director of Premium Care Group, which owns and operates care homes in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Sussex and Essex. The group's website says it was established in 2022; its YouTube channel says Adams and Renos Sideras founded it. Companies House lists Adams as a director of Premium Care Group Limited from 3 November 2021. The website says he runs the homes day to day and oversees the continued investment in buildings and facilities.
Adams came to care from property. LinkedIn shows him as branch manager at Gascoigne Pees in Surrey from 1996 to 2003, a director at Savills from 2003 to 2012, a partner at Knight Frank from 2012 to 2019 and a director at Chestertons from 2019 to 2020. He studied hospitality administration at Bournemouth University (1990 to 1994). In 2021 he founded RBA Property Consultancy, where he remains managing director. The group's website says he has more than 25 years in property, and that he has trained brokers in the UK, London, India and the Middle East.
Premium Care Group grew by acquisition. Its first purchase, in April 2022, was Churchfields and Rosebank, two Oxfordshire homes that Christie & Co sold to it. Two West Sussex homes, Manor Barn and The Anchorage, followed in January 2024, and Ardtully in Ingatestone in April 2024. Adams is the executive quoted on each deal, and he has said the group will keep investing in the buildings and in training, development and recruitment at the homes it buys. In March 2025 the group announced it had been named among the country's top 20 care home groups.
