BIOGRAPHY
Manjinder Joshi, known as Manny, is Managing Director and Registered Manager of Caring Care, a home care provider based in Walsall. The company works in Walsall, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Dudley, Sandwell and Staffordshire and describes itself as one of the largest home care providers in the West Midlands. Her mother, Paramjit Bains, founded Caring Care in 2008 and remains a director.
Caring Care's website says Joshi has helped build the brand since it was registered in 2008, and that she worked in management roles in retail and government before moving into care. Her LinkedIn profile lists three years at Selfridges in the West Midlands (2003 to 2008), first in food and catering and then as personal assistant to the regional director and general manager. It gives September 2010 as the start of her role as Managing Director and Registered Manager. Companies House records her as a director of Caring Care Limited from 6 September 2011. She completed a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management at Wolverhampton College between 2011 and 2013.
Mitesh Joshi, a director, joined the business in 2018 and, according to the company, led its move to digital working. In March 2024 Joshi spoke at UK Care Week, in a session with Access Care Management on how software can improve staff retention. She also works on local recruitment: in March 2026 she visited the Aaina Community Hub in Walsall to discuss flexible work for women returning to employment, and in September 2026 she met Walsall Council's workforce and development lead about recruiting and developing local staff.
In 2026 Joshi was named a finalist for Executive of the Year (Home Care) at the Leaders in Care Awards, and Caring Care was a finalist for Home Care Provider of the Year (Group). The company says homecare.co.uk named it a Top 20 UK Small Home Care Group for 2026, a ranking based on verified family reviews.
