HOW A EXECUTIVE GETS ON

The list covers the head of each group in the two Top 20 home care lists: the chief executive or, where there is no such title, the managing director, founder or owner who runs it. For a franchise network that is the head of the UK franchisor. Where a group is the home care arm of a larger organisation, it is the person who runs the home care arm. An executive is ranked once their LinkedIn profile has been checked against the group and their coverage has been counted.
