BIOGRAPHY
Simon Yeoman is Managing Director of Trinity Homecare Group, a role he took in July 2026 when Cameron Young stepped down as chief executive. The group is private equity-backed and runs Trinity Homecare, Country Cousins and Patricia White's, offering live-in and visiting care from a head office in Worcester Park, Surrey. No chief executive sits above him. Simon joined the group as chief operating officer in January 2026, according to his LinkedIn profile, and Companies House shows him appointed a director of several Trinity group companies on 24 June 2026.
His background is in technology, not care. Simon spent more than a decade at the web hosting company Fasthosts, part of the IONOS group. He joined in 2008, held roles including operations director, became managing director in 2013 and chief executive in 2018, according to Punchline Gloucester, Companies House and his LinkedIn profile. In 2022 he was the Fasthosts voice at the opening of the £21m IONOS data centre in Worcester, and in September 2024 he was quoted on the company's move to The Forum in Gloucester. Rupert Bedell was appointed managing director that autumn; Simon stayed on as an adviser to the end of that year and resigned as a Fasthosts director on 28 February 2025.
Before Fasthosts he worked at EE, as his LinkedIn profile lists the employer, from 1999 to 2008, moving from customer service manager through contact centre and offshore operations roles, including a posting in the New Delhi area, to head of technical customer services in Bristol, according to his LinkedIn profile. From 2011 to 2019 he sat on the board of the Cloud Industry Forum. He holds a BSc in business economics from the University of Plymouth and the Institute of Directors' Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction.
At Trinity, Simon has said the group has an opportunity to help many more families benefit from its care. On 7 October 2026 he is listed as a speaker at the Care Show in Birmingham, in a session on overnight support at home.
