Better builds an integrated digital health platform on openEHR and FHIR data repositories, including electronic prescribing and administration (Better Meds) and low-code tools that let health organisations build clinical applications without full custom development. The UK, served from a Cardiff office, is one of its largest markets.
Its best-known UK reference deployment is OneLondon's Universal Care Plan, a shared care-coordination record covering 40 NHS trusts and 1,400 GP practices, delivered under a 3-year, £3.1m contract. Other UK deployments include Lancashire and South Cumbria's shared medicines record and ePMA rollouts at The Christie, Somerset and North Cumbria NHS trusts.
